Greetings Brethren,
I hope all of you are well, as we enter the winter season here in the Northern Hemisphere. Time sure is moving quite swiftly, as we also near the return of our Lord and Savior.
I’m happy to report that (thanks to your donations) none of the orphans or widows under our care have died of starvation recently. Although many of them are still on the verge of death, and sleeping hungry. Currently we are trying to harvest the one-acre garden of sweet potatoes planted by the Getionko congregation, which will be shared amongst all of our brethren. We are still struggling to get ahead of the food insufficiency, but need more help.
I received the following from Dauglas this morning:
“I would like to humbly share an urgent situation with you. The orphans and widows under our care are in great need today, as they have been very hungry since yesterday until now without any food. Because of this situation, they have also been unable to take a shower or wash their clothes, as there are no basic supplies such as food and soap. It is a very difficult and painful moment for them.
Dauglas.”
Brethren, I know I’m always asking for more funds. But the need is genuine, and the suffering is still great amongst our poor brethren. So please don’t get weary in well doing. (Galatians 6:9-10). Please continue to help.
if others are reading this for the first time, we are not cons, and our testimony is true. We have orphans and widows who are suffering, and in need of help, Our “Kenya Update Page” goes back to 2006, and clearly documents the work we are involved in, and where the donations are going. With our focus on the orphans and widows, that pure religion spoken of by James. (James 1:27). But the need amongst our poor Brethren (Especially in these 3rd world Countries) is great. We need others to join hands and help.
Now we do have Brethren who have not only been caring for these orphans and widows for a long time, but continue to go above and beyond in helping them. People like that will not only be rewarded Richly when our Lord “soon” returns., But will also be delivered in time of trouble now, according to (Psalm 41:1). And according to God’s plan, big trouble is approaching.
But we need not worry about any trouble. (Romans 8:31). And let us remember He will protect those who poses and walk with His Agape Love in them, like the philadelphians. (Revelation 3:10).
Brethren, the need is great. We continue to pray for others to join hands with us in helping them. So please check us out, and help our impoverished brethren if you can, they are suffering severely, sleeping hungry, literally starving as we speak. And please pray for us (for all of us) to be better stewards, and that everything we do, is pleasing in His sight. And no one here is on any payroll, all of your donations reach the target.
