Greetings Brethren,
I have much good news to report on concerning our impoverished Brethren. Thanks to you donors, seventeen of our orphans are now back in school. All of their school fees have been paid.
Sengera House Orphans.
That’s Dorcah (deceased Haron’s wife) on the far right. Dorcah is Matron to the girls. I have pictures below of a few of the orphans in their school uniforms, and will try to have more soon.

David Mokoro.
David is not boarding, but is in his last year of High School. He walks 1 ½ hours each way to and from school each day. He gets up at 4am, leaves for school at 5:30am, and arrives at 7am. School ends at 5pm, and he arrives home around 6:30pm.
We also helped Bernard pay the school fees for his two children. (pictured below with his family.) In Kenya it is mandatory to have your children in school. If you do not comply, you will be arrested.

Getionko Congregation.
The above picture was taken at the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Below is a thank you letter from Douglas the congregation’s overseer:
“Dear Pastor Bill and Donors, Thank you immensely for your generous support in providing our Getionko congregation with food. The joy and appreciation from all members were palpable, and we are deeply grateful for your continued support and dedication to our congregation. Please convey our heartfelt thanks to all the donors involved.
Douglas.”
Children of the Getionko Congregation.
That’s Douglas in the Red Shirt. I first met Douglas back in 2015 after his parents died. We took him into our orphanage back then in Masaba, Kenya. He now oversees the Getionko congregation. Since the spring Feast many of our brethren have been struggling due to lack of food and various supplies. I received the following E-mail from Douglas just this past week:
“At 6:25 PM today, five kids from our congregation (pictured below) arrived at my place looking for food and brought container to store it. Unfortunately, I couldn’t support them as my food supplies are still depleted.”
The children in the above picture are half orphans (one parent.) As you can see, their clothes are so dirty. They were not only totally out of food, but also all their supplies, including soap. Kenya has been experiencing some of the worst flooding in decades, and the mud has been atrocious. You can probably remember all the mud we were fighting during Haron’s burial in the last Update.
Yes, our impoverished Kenyan Brethren have been going through a rough time. Even Sengera House is currently completely out of food. So please continue to pray for others to join hands with us in helping these widows and orphans. Others will help if they only knew of the need. And please pray for Nehemiah, he is such a wonderful God fearing young man. He is 100% dedicated to the work we are involved in. He even sleeps with his phone, often taking calls in the middle of the night from the widows when they are in distress and in need of help.
Nehemiah Sibwoga Evans.
Nehemiah has been a true servant of the Most High since he was a very young boy.
Let me end this update for now and get it posted. Once again we thank you donors for all the help you have been giving to our impoverished brethren living in that 3rd world country (especially the widows and orphans.)
Oh, one more thing. Mark Rusinko has a new article out titled: “Binding up the wounds of the brokenhearted.” (The link is below.)
Thank You
