Donor Letter May 9, 2025

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. (James 1:17).

The LITV says it like this: “every act of good giving and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom is no change or shadow of turning.”

Greetings Brethren,

We thank our Heavenly Father for all of you Brethren. We thank Him for instilling (or developing) His Loving, Holy, and Righteous Character in you donors. Your compassion, your love, your prayers and your support are very much appreciated, as we (working together) continue to ease the suffering of our Impoverished Brethren.

As mentioned in our last “Update” we had a wonderful Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread. We also had many issues to address after the Feast (and with a very short period of time to accomplish them.) But thanks to you donors, all of them are being accomplished.

But first, before I continue, we need your prayers. On his way back to boarding school, Francis was in an accident. He is reported to have severe injuries, including a broken neck. Please pray for our Heavenly Father’s intervention. Traveling in Kenya is so dangerous.

We are also living at a time when trouble continues to escalate everywhere, as prophesied in our Bibles. (Matthew 24:12) also speaks about iniquity abounding and the love of many waxing cold.  We need a hedge around us brethren, we need to be under our Heavenly Father’s Powerful Wings. Nothing else can protect us from the trouble that is coming. Luke tells us to watch and pray to be accounted worthy to escape all these things that “shall” come to pass. (Luke 21:31-36).

Let us not be fooled, or asleep. The end of the age is upon us, and more trouble is in the forecast. The war in heaven spoken of in Revelation 12 is approaching. (Revelation 12:7). The day of Satan being cast down and his attacking the church with “water as a floodis coming. (Revelation 12:15-16).

We need to be prepared for His return. And that’s a matter of coming out of this present untoward world, walking in the Spirit, and focusing on things above. (Revelation 18:4-5). Remember, we are sojourners here, looking for that wonderful City whose builder and maker is God. (Hebrews 11:8-10). That city is soon to come.

In the mean time let us continue helping the orphans and widows. Let us continue practicing that Pure Religion spoken of by James, in helping them in their afflictions, and as that verse goes on to say: “to keep oneself unspotted from the world. (James 1:27). He wants us “Pure”. How Pure? As pure as He (our Lord) is Pure. (1 John 3:3).

The new meeting hall for the Getionko congregation is complete, aside from the floor. And they are currently putting the floor, and installing the glass panes in all of the windows and doors. (The funds are already accounted for and their, ready to be paid.)

Also, the rerouting of the kitchen drainage at Sengera House is complete now, and also paid in full. And the hanging of the new main entrance gate to Sengera House is also now complete. (Needing only of the paving under the gate.) And all the orphans at Sengera House (and a number of our remote orphans) are now back in school.

All the accomplishments above are thanks to you donors. And as I often say, “your good works continue to glorify our Heavenly Father.”

But the need is still great, and the laborers are still few. We continue to struggle to assist all of them. These 3rd world country impoverished brethren of ours (especially the orphans and widows) really suffer. We are accomplishing much, but we have no large corporate funding or anything like that, and the majority of our donors are poor themselves. So keeping the many orphans and widows fed is a struggle. Some are still going days at a time without eating. Its terrible.

I’m sad to report that the Getionko congregation lost another widow to starvation this week, and two of their orphans were burned. They had been without food for several days and were desperately scrambling to find something to eat in the kitchen as food was finally being cooked, they accidentally fell on the hot fire.

So again I ask, please let us pray for our Lord and Savior (The Lord of the Harvest) to send forth more laborers into His harvest.)  (Luke 10:2). If others only knew of the suffering, they would help. (We do have a couple of new donors, and we appreciate them very much. So we thank you for spreading the word concerning the suffering that our brethren are enduring. Please continue to do so, it will unite others of like mind to join hands together in assisting our orphans, widows, and impoverished brethren who are suffering. (1 John 3:17).

The gardens continue to do well, with plenty of rain. But harvest is still quite a ways off. So please continue to help if you can. Currently our funds are once again depleted. No donation is too small or too big, and they all reach the target. May our Almighty Father Bless you abundantly for continuing to assist them.

(I’m in the process of compiling a number of pictures, and will post them in the next Update. Will also inform you about Francis.)

Thank You.
