Greetings Brethren,
We hope all of you had a wonderful Feast of Trumpets 2025. I have some pictures below of the Getionko congregation. (I haven’t received pictures yet from our other two sites, Sengera, and the Border Group.)
Also, we thank you for your prayers for Nehemiah. He was not arrested this time, and is doing okay. But we do ask for you to please keep both Nehemiah and Dauglas in your prayers, because they live under the constant threat of arrest all the time. In that Country doing good is often considered doing bad.
Brethren we need to realize that “Anyone” “All” that will live godly, “shall suffer persecution.” (2 Timothy 3:12). If we in God’s church are “not” suffering persecution, then we are probably “not” living godly. And please notice that “if” one is only “trying” to live godly, they do not qualify for persecution. Just like just “trying” to overcome will not get us up on that “Sea of Glass” where the marriage of the Lamb will “soon” take place. Only those who “succeed” at overcoming will be there. (Revelation 15:2). Those six words “Them That Had Gotten The Victory” comes from only one Greek word: Strong’s # G3528 conquer – overcomer. Its the same word that our Lord tells all the churches in Revelation 2 & 3: “To those who “overcome” I will grant this and give that.” Just “trying” doesn’t cut it with our Creator. We have to succeed at overcoming. Now it is true that of and by ourselves, we cannot succeed at this High Calling of ours. But we are not by ourselves if we have the Power of His Holy Spirit working in us. So don’t believe the fable that one cannot succeed at overcoming until our change from flesh to spirit. There is no magic wand at the end of the day that will instantly develop God’s Holy Righteous Character in us, its a process that takes time. And that change from sinful nature which we were all born with, needs to be changed into His Holy Righteous Character now, while still in the flesh. This is very clear in numerous places in the Scriptures. (1 Kings 6:7) says: “And the house, (that’s the church) when it was in building, was built of stone (that’s us again) made ready (Strong’s # 4551 perfect – complete) before (Strong’s # 4551 a quarry). (yes before) it was brought thither (to the other side). Before our change from flesh to spirit. Just like the physical temple, all the stones were cut, polished and completed at the “quarry”. So when they were brought to the other side, the stones fit together so well, so perfect, that no motor was needed.
So brethren, if we’re going through trials, or being persecuted, let us pray for one another. But let us also count it all joy, because trials, tribulations and persecutions pertain to the perfecting of the saint. Its the road that those who are living godly, are traveling on.

Trumpets at Getionko
Our brethren had a wonderful Feast of Trumpets. They arrived Monday afternoon, and slept there that night. All the children were so excited to be together. This is such a wonderful experience for them, both physically (eating well) and Spiritually (learning about the plan that our Creator has for mankind.) We thank you donors for making all this possible.

I received the following from Dauglas:
“Dear Pastor Bill and Beloved Donors,
On behalf of the Getionko congregation, I wish to extend our deepest gratitude for your continued support. Many orphans and widows here have been suffering greatly due to hunger and lack of basic needs. Yet, through the goodness of your hearts, they have received food, clothing, spiritual encouragement, and the necessities of life.
During the Trumpet Festival, the orphans and widows sent their words of thanks for all you have done for them. They truly appreciate your ongoing support and care, which has given them hope in times of hardship. Your generosity has shown them the love of God in a very real way.
As the Scripture says: “Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will reward them for what they have done.” (Proverbs 19:17)
Please do not lose hope in helping us, for God Himself sees your good works and He will surely reward you. May our Heavenly Father bless you richly, strengthen you, and continue to make you a blessing to many.
With heartfelt appreciation,
Dauglas Henry”
I received the following letter from James: (James graduated High School last year, and is currently attending university to become a Nurse.)
“Greetings in Christ, I hope this note finds you all well. I’m doing fine in school and truly grateful for the support and prayers. Learning is going on well, and I’m staying focused. I pray that this upcoming Feast season brings spiritual renewal, joy, and unity to everyone. May God continue to guide and bless you all abundantly. With warm regards, James Makori.”
I received the following letter from Manley. (Manley graduated High School two years ago, and is now in university studying to become a pilot.)
“I write this message with a grateful heart to sincerely thank you for the great support you continue to offer me and the other orphans at Sengera House. Personally, I truly appreciate all that you are doing for me. I am doing well in school and currently undergoing simulator training, which has been made possible through your generosity.
Your kindness is a light in our lives. It not only supports us in our education but also strengthens us as we work to grow closer to God. Your efforts are helping us build a brighter future, and we promise to make you proud through our hard work and dedication.
We also thank you for the care you extend to the orphans, widows, and the elderly here in Kenya. Truly, your love has reached far beyond us, and it is changing lives every day. We love you so much .
The Bible tells us: “Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will repay him for his deed.” (Proverbs 19:17). (Manley and Dauglas both quoted this same verse.)Your giving is not in vain, and may God bless you abundantly for it.
As we celebrate this season, I wish you a happy feast filled with love, peace, and countless blessings. May this joyful occasion bring happiness to you and your families, and may the same kindness you have shown us return to you in double measure.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Manley Mochama.”
I have a very sad story to tell you now, and a request for prayers. Sixteen year old orphan Francis, from the Sengera Orphanage was assaulted and severely injured a few days ago. He was sent home from boarding school to fetch some books. On his way he had to take a motorbike taxi. Unaware by Francis, the motorbike taxi he got on was fleeing from a crime the driver had just committed, and he took Francis hostage. The driver ended up slashing Francis with a knife in the face from his lips almost to his right ear. Thank God Francis survived, but he required an operation, and over a dozen stitches to close the wound. His injury is too graphic to include a picture. (Except by request.) Please pray for Francis’ full recovery.
We also want to thank those of you who have already sent some funds for our impoverished brethren’s upcoming Feast of Tabernacles. This was wonderful of you. We have already sent some funds in advance to purchase some fire wood, which will be used to cook all the meals. Although additional assistance will still be needed for their feast. So if others can help, please do so.
This year we will have three sites: Sengera House (anticipating over one hundred in attendance.) Getionko (anticipating seventy-six.) and the Border group (anticipating fifty-two members.) The border group site is directly adjacent to the “Maasai” tribe. The Maasai’s are the most feared warriors amongst the forty-two tribes in Kenya. But they get along well with our brethren, with no animosity.
Brethren, your donations continue to accomplish much, they continue to help our impoverished brethren. But the need is still great. Our brethren living in these 3rd world countries suffer so much. So please don’t give up in your well doing. We hope to give them a wonderful Feast of Tabernacles. I don’t thank you often enough for the help you give.
May our Creator bless you abundantly for continuing to help our impoverished brethren, especially the orphans and widows.
We wish all of you a wonderful Spiritual Feast.
Thank You.
