Greetings Brethren,
Hope all of you are well, both physically and more importantly spiritually as we patiently await the return of our Lord and Savior. The Apostle Peter tells us: “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; But Is long suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”(2 Peter 3:9)
June was another busy Month in Kenya, and I have much good news to report on. First let me say thank you for the positive response received concerning our plea for help. We now have every Orphan living at Senger House (and also the five orphans living with MATARA) properly registered with the Kenya Government. This is a good thing, the Government has now promised to supply us with a good supply of mosquito nets, and has also said they will assign a government paid soldier to protect the orphanage during nighttime from robbers. We have also repaired the car which is now totally operational.

The children are all doing well in school. They are currently in last half of the second term and will be off during the Month of August. They have also been quite busy working in the garden. As you can see in the picture below, the vegetables are doing well.

This past Sabbath Haron has traveling to visit a new group consisting of ten brethren. There is a brother in Canada who has not only been supplying them with spiritual lessons via the Internet, and Bibles, but has also distributes some sacks of maze and beans for the widows in the group to share. I first visited them back in May. Haron will do another follow up visit, and will also bring them some additional Bibles and teachings.

I take this opportunity to pass my appreciation and thanks for sending me to visit the Church in Migori.
The trip was quite well, and I loved to be at Migori since it has been a while. I traveled Sabbath morning from Kisii town where I had a sleep at Keiko hotel I and Ibu who traveled with me.
We moved early and reached Migori 09:30 Sabbath morning, then moved with motorbike bike for around 15 miles to visit a widow there. We reached at Her place and found sick child. We had Bible discussion with her and another brother in the church, discussing about two witnesses and other basic church of God teaching.
I was blessed to hear the truth and was happy to meet with true brothers. I then moved in the town to meet couple of other church brethren from Kisii staying at Migori. Also met quiet Sabbath Luo old men and I requested them to briefly tell me on how the Church of God at this region of Migori is fairing. The old men opened the Earth and told long story which I can shorten it as possible. Fraud here is real we have gentleman who are busy with cyber. There job is walking to cyber click to every ministry of either Sunday or Sabbath church. Telling them of how they have group looking for the truth, have orphans looking help, having widows needs assistance. After their deal is successful, they go to bars drink as many bottles as they can, sleep with different women and after funds are off they come back to cyber and fish again.
Some men are top ministers in God’s church, who are busy preaching water while them taking wine. They shamelessly stand in front preaching peace which they don’t have. Scattering the sheep through their bad deeds. Many people have left the Church because of these behaviours. These men understand well church teaching and they have good confusing language, you can love their message, but they are true wolves.

We have been experiencing larger than usual amounts of rain around Sengera recently, making travel all but impossible. Even the ones in High School have missed some days due to the deep mud.

After combined Sabbath services were held at the Sengera House Orphanage on June 29th, (thanks to you donors) lunch consisting of a hot meal of rice and beans was served to the 160 in attendance. For most of our brethren, this was the first full meal they had all week. Praise God for your good works that have glorified Him.
