Greetings Brethren,
Hope all of you are doing well, as we draw closer and closer to the return of our Lord and Savior. The world continues to escalate in its Untoward (warped, crooked and perverted) ways. Surely (Revelation 18:5) is now fulfilled, where “her sins have reached unto heaven”. If there was ever a time for us to heed the previous verse, it is now, before it’s too late: (Revelation 18:4.) “Come out of her my people.”
Last Sabbath I visited a congregation in Fort Walton Beach, Florida called “Stream of Life” They conducted another fundraiser for our Kenya Brethren which was very fruitful. It was the time of “Purim” and they asked me to speak. I know that Purim is not a commanded feast, but I was more than happy to give a message. I spoke of the signs of the times in which we are now living, and the soon “establishing” of the Kingdom of God which will take place up on the Sea of Glass. (There is a link to that message at the bottom of this update.)
Let me start with a letter received from Douglas (the overseer of the Getionko Congregation.) The congregation’s 15 children expressed their profound gratitude to you donors. They (as many others) are very grateful for the wonderful help you have been giving them. The children in these 3rd world Countries take very little for granted, they know what it is to suffer, and to starve.

They shared that without your generosity, they would have faced the dire consequences of hunger, Your kindness has truly made a lifesaving difference in their lives.

In the past year Getionko has lost 4 adults and 2 children to starvation. They (amongst all of our brethren) have gardens growing and doing well, but time to harvest can take many Months.

Brethren, your donations continue to ease the pain of many. Recently donations have been up a little, and that makes a Huge difference. They get to eat some solid food, instead of just nutritional porridge that they try to survive on. I often mention how the needs are great, but the workers are few, and that prayer is required to improve the situation.
Matthew 9:37-38) “Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.”
So please pray for others to join hands with us in helping our impoverished brethren, (especially the widows and orphans.) And let us also continue to pray that we be better stewards, and that we become humble.
Hopefully our Lord will soon confirm the works of His church with those “signs follows” as we continue to study His Word (The Scriptures) to learn more, and to walk more in Truth. Remember He said: “To them that “Believeth” the signs shall follow”. (Mark 16:17-18)
In (Mark 16:20) it says: “And they went forth, and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word (the Truth that was being preached) with signs following.” Our Lord will not confirm any “fables”. We have to be preaching Scriptural Truth.
And speaking of preaching Truth, we are now under much more threat of being arrested. Kenya is now requiring (and enforcing) all ministers to be accredited, and under the umbrella of an authorized and approved mainstream church. And remember, we are living at the time when the “way of truth” is evil spoken of. (2 Peter 2:2)
So more persecution is coming, which should be no surprise to us, as (2 Timothy 3:12) states: “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.” Brethren, if we are not being persecuted, we are probably not living godly. Persecution also helps separate the wheat from the chaff.
Painting the Cafeteria Chairs.
As mentioned in the last Update, the cafeteria chairs were in need of repair. Rather than hire it done, the children repaired them themselves with more “hands-on” as we continue to teach them various skills, hoping they become self supportive after they finish school.
Repairing the cafeteria chairs is now complete.
