Nehemiah has been arrested again. He just informed me that they will free him if we pay part of the $650. We owe. $400 now, then they’ll give us time to pay the balance.
The funds are legitimate, one for a hospital bill for one of the orphans while in boarding school, and also for some damage in the lab.
If Nehemiah sleeps in jail tonight, he will be in the hospital tomorrow because he will be beat up in jail.
This will be Nehemiah’s, I think third or fourth time beat up in jail, and hospitalized after.
His crime? Helping widows and Orphans.
I wish I knew a way to spread this around. Our impoverished brethren continue to need our help. The work we are involved in is a good work. We’re helping these widows and these orphans; it’s the right thing to do. Please help if you can. Nehemiah is a wonderful God-fearing young man. His whole life has been dedicated to serving widows and orphans. A true deacon in the House of the Living God. (2 Timothy 3:12).
